The weekend of 13 and 14 June 2026 saw Round 3 of the Northern Interprovincial Motocross Championship and Round 2 of the Inland MX National Championship take place at the TEZA circuit in KwaMbonambi, Richards Bay.
The event followed a three-moto format, with practice sessions and the first moto taking place on Saturday, followed by the second and third motos on Sunday. Riders arrived motivated and focused as valuable championship points were up for grabs across all classes.
Early coastal rain on Saturday morning created challenging conditions and made the Pirelli MX32 Soft tyre the preferred choice for many riders. As the weather improved and the circuit began to dry out on Sunday, the majority of competitors switched to the Pirelli MX32 Mid Soft, allowing them to maximise performance as track conditions evolved throughout the weekend.

The circuit was expertly prepared by Leon and his team, who ensured top-class racing conditions across both days despite the changing weather. Their efforts were widely appreciated by riders and teams alike.
The BikeWise and Pirelli support team was on-site throughout the weekend, providing tyre recommendations, technical advice, and rider assistance. The Pirelli Tyre Change Service proved particularly popular, with many riders making use of the service as conditions changed between motos, switching between scoop tyres and mid-soft options to suit the track.
The event once again highlighted the importance of correct tyre selection and professional support in achieving the best possible results on race day. With competitive racing, excellent track preparation, and strong rider participation, TEZA delivered another successful round of championship motocross action.
