Round 2 of the Zone 7 Club Regionals delivered a relaxed but enjoyable day of racing. With several events taking place across Cape Town the same weekend, entries were slightly lower than usual, with around 65–70 riders lining up. Despite that, the atmosphere was great and the racing remained competitive.
Bikewise branding around the venue added to the race-day feel, with the Bikewise arch at the entrance looking particularly sharp and setting the tone as riders and spectators arrived. Lucky draw prizes also added a bit of extra excitement during the day.
On track, the Pirelli tyres once again performed exceptionally well, giving riders confidence and consistency throughout the event. All in all, a great day at the circuit and another solid round for the Zone 7 championship.
